The Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies was established in 1962, and is one of three campuses of the university. The others are Mona in Jamaica, and St. Augustine in Trinidad. The campus offers undergraduate, graduate and diploma programs including arts and general studies, law, management studies, computer studies, science and medicine. The Cave Hill School of Business and the Errol Barrow Center for Creative Imagination offer programs in executive management and performing arts respectively. The campus is active in the community, frequently hosting lectures and other events for the public. Of special note is the development at the campus of the 3Ws Oval, which is now an internationally rated cricket ground, and the CLR James Center for Cricket Research. - Marsilyn Browne
