The bright yellow truck parked next to Ching's Punaluu Store says it all with its big blackboard advertising pan-fried shrimp and grilled mahi-mahi in Molokai hot sauce with grilled onions. It's local seafood (except the snow crab) that has made the 14-year-old Shrimp Shack famous, landing it on the Food Network's Beach Eats series. Owner Irene Theofanis cooks it up daily from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Devour it on-site, or take it across the street to Punaluu Beach.
