Outdoor Activities

Huatulco National Park has a coastline of 26 kilometers (16 miles) consisting mainly of bays and coves. These bays, with bluish green waters that lure tourists are home to a variety of fish species. The shallow beds of the bays house corals that are the most prominent feature of the reserve. Hence, scuba diving is a must-do activity. The reserve also has lowland and mangrove forests that attract trekkers and bird watchers from across the globe.
