Located to the west of Okanagan Lake, Bear Creek Provincial Park was established in 1981. Spread over 178 hectares (440 acres), It is an excellent spot for a fun day out with opportunities for lakeside camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, biking, and more. Bear Creek Provincial Park features 122 campsites, all of which are vehicle-accessible. Dotted with Douglas-fir and ponderosa pine, it is also home to exciting wildlife like coyotes and bears. Just north of the city of Kelowna, this park makes a great a great day trip for those traveling throughout southern Ontario.
