Dining

Opened in 2015, Oliva Enoteca is one of the best of its kind in the city. Specializing in homemade pastas with appetizers, salads and paninis included in the menu, you can catch the chef in action at their open kitchen making everything from scratch. Edison bulbs intertwined by thick ropes reminiscent of a pasta, white and black checkered tile flooring and aluminium chairs set the tone of its industrial chic design. Right from the pastas to the bread and sauces, they take pride in making their own. The result is pure delight. Whet your appetite with Trio de Brucschetta or a Caprese Salad. Savor their pastas delights like Della Nonna (Fettucini with beef, pork ragu and Parmesan cheese), Diavola Mia (Linguini with cherry tomato, red chili pepper, sun dried tomato and cherry tomato and Fiore Verde (Fusilli with broccoli, pancetta, goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, toasted almonds and red chilli). Complement your meal with wine from their curated wine list. Their wine bar features a fine selection of wines that's been carefully selected to go well with their food.
