Dining

This is definitely a place for meat lovers - and more specifically, foie gras lovers. Featured in the Food Network's Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, the menu leans heavily toward rich, hearty, unabashedly Québécois fare. Chef Martin Picard is the eccentric inventor of creations such as Duck in a Can - a marinated concoction of duck meat, foie gras and seasoned vegetables. Be sure to also try the foie gras poutine, which has earned this restaurant plenty of attention since its opening in 2004. Reservations are a must any night of the week here due to the restaurant's small seating capacity and popularity.
