This restaurant presents the best of the Tuscan kitchen with homemade pasta and recipes from nonna. Like many other Italian restaurants around town, this one focuses on veal and chicken as entrees. The skilled chefs impeccably churn out veal Saltimbocca, Toscana or Marsala and they even present an oddball juxtaposition called 'Toscanella' which is veal topped with crab meat and shrimp. There are also seafood entrees, the lobster claw fra Diavolo is always a recommended choice. Toscana also has nightly specials, most of them hail from the chef's native Milan, despite the restaurant's name.
