Miss T's Kitchen is the labor of love of Anna-Kay Tomlinson who wanted to share the authentic Jamaican country cuisine that she learnt on her travels all over the country. Opened in 2009, this acclaimed eatery is tucked away in the midst of banana plants, bamboos, trees, flowers and plants, creating a lovely, rustic garden setting. You will also find it vibrant with colorful decorative elements, artworks and artisan calabash light fixtures. Everything is prepared fresh daily using ingredients procured from the local vendors for that day. Her homestyle cooking has garnered a lot of fans, so don't be surprised if you join the club. Tuck in delights such as Miss T's Curry Goat, Stewed Oxtail, Lobster Thermidor and Honey Crispy Chicken. Seafood is served in many ways. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
