One of the best places in town for BBQ lovers, The Copper Pig BBQ opened its doors in 2012 and has been delighting patrons with their take on farm to fork trend. With a focus on regional produce, their meat, fish and veggies are all sourced from farmers across British Columbia. They also take pride in making their own sauces, dry rubs and smoked bacon. Their hand-cut beef and pork are marinated for 24 hours and slow roasted for hours. The result is succulent barbecued dishes that will make you want for more. Their Prohibition inspired drinks and local craft beers add to lure of this place. Though not kid-friendly, they have family-style dining for those who are of age. Dig into their smoked ribs, pulled pork, fried chicken, BBQ sandwiches, BBQ kebabs and beef brisket BBQ dinner. If you are in a group, try their shared platters which has a bit of everything.
