Adventures & tours

Newfoundland and Labrador is home to over 29,000 km of coastline, making it easy to find boat tour operators. Board your vessel of choice during the summer months and watch as whales swim against a backdrop of icebergs. The icebergs here are often thousands of years old, drifting along what's known as Iceberg Alley en route from Greenland. You may even have an opportunity to explore the area's many natural coves and caves. Head out on the water for a few hours or spend the whole day (you can even go on an overnight excursion!). Ask your hotel concierge for tour operator referrals.
