Dating back to 1784, Diamond Falls Mineral Baths were built for King Louis XVI's contingent to take advantage from the healing properties of the waters. Nestled in the Diamond Botanical Gardens, the subterranean springs are the result of the mineral encrusted cascade which are the source of these mineral baths. These baths were ravaged in the Brigand's War. It was only in 1930 that two of the many original stone baths were rebuilt after an excavation. Soak in these warm waters in the midst of natural beauty. Private baths are also offered. A fee is charged for both private and public baths.
