While focusing on fish and seafood entrees, hosts Gianni, Tracey Caporuscio and Chef Paul Newman (no relation to the famous actor) have put together a fine eclectic contemporary Caribbean cuisine. Try one of the house specialties like the tamarind & chipotle glazed maple leaf duck breast for a real taste sensation. Architecturally the restaurant resembles a gazebo, and the ambiance is highlighted by soothing music. An exceptional wine list and professional personable service provide the guest with the right ingredients for a special culinary experience. For dessert, try the Coyaba upside down apple pie a la mode. The restaurant is also available for private functions.
