For a true Northern culinary adventure, head to the Klondike Rib & Salmon. This local restaurant is housed inside one of the oldest buildings in town and has retained much of its original charm. The menu is a delicious amalgamation of smoked meats, fresh ocean fish and the wholesome goodness of homestyle cooking, bringing together all that is good about Northern cuisine under a single, very old roof. The smoked prime rib is by far the most popular dish on the menu, followed closely by the fish 'n' chips and their scrumptious, homemade pies.
