A perfect vacation! Close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops! Hotel offers shuttle to Palm Beach where hotel staff are there togreet you and have chairs and towels available for you. All of the hotel staff bend over backwards from the moment you arrive, making you feel welcome . When grabbing a bite to eat or drink by the pool, Frenda and Zully and the rest of the staff do everything they can to accommodate you. I can’t say enough about the service ! Everyone is amazing . I am definitely going to come back !

We've have had nothing but a good experience. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. Frenda at the restaurant is exceptionally friendly and even remembered us at our stay here. Zully as well was such a joy to have as a waitress, she was fun to have around! The hotel itself has been great to stay at a it was very clean and so convenient to get to everything in the area.

We had the best vacation here! The staff, the service, the atmosphere is so wonderful. Initially, the reviews scared me a bit but I’m glad I listened to my gut. This was INCREDIBLE. I was always greeted with a smile, a kind hello and five star service. We had the best service by the pool with Zully and Frenda — and the whole team. They always made sure we were taken care of whether it was food, beverage or our overall experience. The beach shuttle is so worth it — it’s a five min golf cart ride and it is so worth. Just don’t try to use the RIUs bathroom on the beach or their RIU security will turn you away. However, the Courtyard staff is so gracious and attentive!!! Amenities are top notch. Clean rooms, clean towels, clean beds. Please invest your money and patronship here. Thank you, Courtyard team!!!

Amazing hotel! Though slightly short staffed, the team was excellent and very accommodating. Zully was a phenomenal waitress with amazing personality. She is the reason why we chose to eat at the resort so often. A true gem! The hotel is quiet and ideal peaceful getaway.

I enjoyed my stay the men who handed out the towels were so amazing & very polite & had such positive attitudes, Sennen & Jovy! The young man Emirson who drove us to the beach everyday was very kind & had such a positive attitude, very polite also! The bed was amazing & I slept so good the cleaning maids did such a great job of keeping the place clean! The breakfast staff were very friendly & Helpful especially Linda she was so awesome!!! So kind & such a great person to chat with!! The front desk staff were very welcoming & made every effort to satisfy our needs & wants!
