Was our 5th visit to crown paradise as a family of 6. Before arriving we'd seen a few reviews saying about new management and changes. But honestly it was as good as the previous times we'd been. The staff always went above and beyond and made sure everything was in place. David in the buffet and Enrique the restaurant supervisor were our favorite 2 staff this visit. Always find something to eat even with fussy eaters. Room Always clean, swimming pools Always clean. Always able to get sum loungers.

Bellman, Jesus is awesome, very helpful, respectful and friendly. He was easy and giving to help us with our luggage and had us seated comfortably until our transport arrived.

The bellman Jesus was amazing! He was very happy and positive, and even remembered to call us the day of our departure so that he was ready for us that morning. That is very impressive! It is nice when people take pride in their work. We will definitely ask for him again when we come back.

We got great family experience here, lots of activities for young kids, we have one 5 and one 3. The day care service is excellent and friendly, my son really have fun with Miss Carolina, he even learnt a little bit Spanish. Night shows are also great, there are shows for both kids and adults, get some balance for family members. And of course, lots lots of food choices, buffer, seafood, Italian / French restaurants.

Was great and everyone was super helpful and very friendly. Few things. You need to make reservations for restaurants and that was not told to us when we arrived. Breakfast some of the workers at the buffet tried to make us go back in line after we waited. Our guy on the left side of the buffet took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Jesus was amazing and took our bags with us to our room so we wouldn’t get lost. Very friendly and super helpful. Even helped us checkout and get our transport on time. One other thing is there was domestic abuse our last night and we couldn’t sleep for hours. We tried to call front desk but the phone wasn’t working. The room had an amazing view. The toilet room was a bit weird with the door handles hitting each other. We also had a few cockroaches in the room
