It was okay , could have been better. We had issues with power in our room, cold water wasn’t there on the whole morning on checkout date , door had issues etc. Our room wasn’t ready till 4pm . Buffet food could have been a lot better.

Nothing to eat, nothing to do. I will not come back to this hotel. Drink options were fine but the amount of alcohol was just a little. Be careful with the pool area! My daughter fell off the stairs by the pool. Because they are very slippery. Same with stairs by the beach.

Very close to the airport, and downtown where the night life are located. Clean room, pool and beach. Customer service was good; not being pressured to buy timeshares. The issue we had was an electric outage, with no water in the bathroom and not wifi for a couple of hours. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to other people.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view of the turquoise blue ocean from the private balcony of our room. The innumerable drinks served at the bars were awsome, while the buffet breakfast and dinner were unbelievable in quantity and quality. The nighlty magic shows and the dance shows were very entertaining. We would highly recommend this all-inclusive hotel to the tourists visting Cancun.

This hotel was everything we needed. Pedro is the best bartender ever at the adult pool. You have to go visit him!!! The food was good at all of the restaurants and buffets. The workers are all amazing, so helpful and so sweet. It is the perfect place to relax and have fun.
