We returned 4 days ago after staying for 4 nights. Really nice hotel just a 10 minute walk from the Temple Bar area.Lovely large room and bathroom, one of the largest rooms we have stayed in.Room very clean and we'll equipped, good hairdryer also. The only slight downside was shower was not very powerful and water only warm , but didn't want to complain as very happy with our room otherwise.Really comfy bed. Staff very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We had read on other reviews that breakfast was hit and miss, we only tried it once and not much choice left and wasn't replenished so not good value from money. Didn't try evening meal in restaurant as plenty of places to eat nearby. Would return to this hotel if we visit Dublin again.

This was my third time staying at Cassidy's, the location is great just at the top of O'Connel Street, 5 min walk to the airport bus stop. Staff always courteous and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, breakfast is decent, great for a couple of days in the city.

My husband wanted to do everything that was CASSIDY whilst in Dublin, and this was the first thing....book into a hotel named Cassidy’s! What an amazing place. Very good location, friendly, helpful staff, very clean and good facilities. A 10minute walk to the City Centre and Temple Bar. We will be back later this year

Hotel is very well situated just off O'Connell Street. Staff courteous. Price competetive for a city centre hotel. Nice meal in main restaurant and bar friendly. Decor of room and main hotel needs refreshing - price for breakfast far too expensive - also could have had a very similar dinner in main bar at a much lower price than the restaurant. View from room at rear poor. However would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to friends. No problem with late check-out !0 minute walk down O'Connell Street to Abbey Street for the Luas to the point - do not get the Luas to Connelly Station by mistake. 3 Arena show was Riverdance - plenty of signs and staff to guide you in the arena - toilet facilities, especially for ladies very poor. Well organised at the end of the show to get people out - onto the Luas - back in to Dublin. We had dinner in a lovely restaurant called the Harbour Master on the way to the Point - highly recommend it

Cassidy hotel is rather unassuming when you see it from the street but Oh Boy what a find! Great staff, lovely rooms and a fine restaurant. The tiny bar is a fun place to chat and the bartender is a wealth of information about Irish whisky and scotch.
