The Marriott is nice. Rooms are small. AC worked great along with Netflix in the room. Pool was open till 10pm. Parking is $15 per night. Towles if not returned by midnight you get a $5 charge. The location is good next to the polynesian cultural Center, mcdonalds, and there is a shopping center a few mor blocks away. The highlight of the trip was Mike's Surfing School in Laie. He is very good and we had a great time. Highly recommend him. You can find him on Instagram and yelp.

Aloha! This is a very nice property in very well maintained condition. Pool was good, water temperature was cool and nice. Kids had fun as did adults. Activities offered at pool. Location next to Polynesian Cultural Center was great for walking over and eating/shopping/seeing the sites. There is a McDonalds on the other side of hotel and a shopping plaza within walking distance through a neighborhood (or straight shot if you want to take chance walking on shoulder of busy road) Check-in at hotel was easy and employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, not sure if all rooms are the same size. Small market in hotel for drinks and packaged food was useful. We ate at the "cafe"in hotel for dinner one night but I'd suggest walking to PCC for more choice and value.

We stayed here on the north shore after a crazy noisy week in Waikiki. I wish I could have had more nights here! Hotel is 4 years old, has a beautiful pool for a courtyard Marriott, a gorgeous beach across the street and so many more a few minutes away. Also right next door (yes walking distance) to Polynesian cultural center (which looked amazing kinda international Epcot-ish but we didn’t have enough time to visit unfortunately!) Only downfall in my opinion is the lack of a balcony. Suggestion to management- add a clothesline to the shower! Also- please add a safe!!! Yes the town is dry. Stop at the supermarket and buy a case of beer or a bottle of wine! There’s a fridge in the room and a microwave near the lobby. One more thing to note- town including PCC is closed on Sunday’s! I think only McDonald’s was open, so plan accordingly. NO RESORT FEES, $15/ night parking fee.

Dry area, no alcohol or coffee.

They told us that because BYU was near, there is no alcohol at the hotel or the area. And there was no coffee at the Starbucks because their machine was broken. Not the end of the world but the hotel should state that there is no alcohol which is the norm in most hotels.

We were a group of six people, and rented two rooms with two queen beds each. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were super nice and attentive. The location was minutes walk from the Polynesian cultural center, and few minutes drive from the super market and restaurants.
