If you like a less touristy place, where even locals stay. This is the place. The hotel staff are phenomenal and go above and beyond.

Excellent experience and always perfect weather. One of the absolute best things about this is the density of vacationers here. During all three of our trips, we have always had success finding great poolside seats without having to get up at 5pm, set out towels, then back to sleep (as is the case at many resorts). Due to low density, we have always been able to go to any restaurant at any time and immediately be seated (or a very small wait). The pool area, our favourite is great. There is no excessive towel control (no cards) and a restriction on using personal speakers (this can be horrible at many resorts as multiple people will listen to multiple forms of music, and it becomes "noise" for those not directly next to their speaker. Its a big plus. It also allows for a queit pool experience in the west pools as there is no resort music or personal speakers. We've been at many resorts where it is impossible to find a quiet area as the vacationers with their own speakers flock to the area where the resort is not playing music, usually the activity pool. As you may see, we are pool people and this resorts pools are large, offer lots of loungers, and an overall great experience.

Overall, it’s a very good resort. It’s a bit more of a relaxing vibe here. Very good entertainment, but there is no “late night” disco or dance venue if staying up into the early morning hours is important to you. The spa is nice and we enjoyed the hydrotherapy session very much. The food is very good, and although the facilities are nice, the rooms and the furniture in the rooms are starting to show their age and years of use. By far the best part of the trip was our positive interactions with the staff. The staff work extremely hard and were always very pleasant. We have to acknowledge the activities team who were so much fun to be around and participate in activities with. Kudos to Daniel, Abraham, Alejandra, Alejandra, Ximena, and Amir for your hard work and positive attitude throughout our stay..!!

This place is gorgeous, the views are breathtaking and the resort is very clean. We loved our room, all are ocean view. The air conditioning was extremely effective and I already miss the shower. We knew before going but the food at the buffet was disappointing. Some of the service was hit and miss. But some dedicated employees made us forget about it, so a big thank you to Angela (drink service on the beach) and Guillermo at Cin cin restaurant for all their hard work. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for the views and relaxation.

Spent two weeks at this resort and i have nothing bad to say about it. From the time we arrived until we left, we were pampered to the fullest by all members of the staff. i have to give credit to one of the manager [ Mr. William] who worked tirelessly to ensure all guest needs were taken care of with extreme professionalism. Everywhere we went on the resort, Mr. William is there working tirelessly and also directing his team to take care of the guest. his assertiveness and attention to detail is of very high standard and management should be proud to have an employee of such stature. Also like to mention Mr. Nemorio, the manager in the buffet area for the excellent job he is doing to manage all the guest that pours in there in the morning for breakfast. He and his staff provides such an excellent and courteous service.
