My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights in room B106. First impression of the room was that it was nice and clean. There were a few minor cosmetic issues but nothing too bad at all. As far as the room goes itself, the only issue we had was ants. The place was sprayed down a week prior but that didn't matter. Couldn't leave anything out. We had to get some ant traps while we were at the store. The kitchen was nice to have as we were able to get groceries and make breakfast nearly every morning. Make sure you go to Times market and not Safe Way. Times are better priced... by far. The location of the hotel was great too. Normally we stayed in Lahaina but this time I chose to stay in central Maui so we can stay close to everything. Saved a lot of time in the car. The only downside to the location is the beach. If you go to the right to Kamaole 3 beach, it can be a little crowded and the waters a little rough. Plus it is a couple of minute's walk. We prefer to head left to the Mauna Kai beach. It is about the same distant walk. The last couple of days we drove. The beach is a lot bigger and seems to have calmer waves. That's not to say that it doesn't get rough. Some reasons we took a point off was because of the ants, beach and the issue of finding plugs. They were hidden behind the furniture and we had to plug phones and watches into the kitchen and bathroom. The main reason I took a point off was the checkout. Checkout is at 10 am. I called the number to ask for a late checkout and they said I can check out at noon. I said ok and was told to call the front desk to ask about holding our luggage as we had a late PM flight out. The girl at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and just said no. I don't feel safe carrying our bags in the car around with us. Especially our two laptops alone are worth $3500 each. There are a few "businesses" that offer to pick up and store your luggage for a fee. For us it would have been about $80. I called the condo office back and they said for half a day's fee, we can stay in the room until 8 pm. We went ahead and did this. There is a guard that walks around at night so I'm not sure why they can't store bags for guests. From just a quick look, this was a common issue with the place. Overall it was a good hotel and would consider staying here again.

Stayed in unit 210 for 3 nights. Pros: Spacious. 1 bedroom with queen bed and a loft with another queen. Fully equipped kitchen. Beach gear available. Pools were nice. Reserved parking spot. Cons: Carpet was old. AC not powerful enough to cool loft space. Bathroom had mold and toilet was old. My son did not want to use the bathroom. My sisters stayed in other units that were much newer. Not sure how you can guarantee getting a good unit upon reservation. I would not stay here again.

    Great Location, But Dated

We arrived to the condo around 3:30pm and checked in to the front desk. They assigned us our room and parking spot (free). The condo itself is located very well in the southern part of Kihei near many stores and restaurants. The condo itself we stayed in was clean and nicely kept however it was pretty dated. In the pictures we saw prior to coming looked like there would be updated vanities, counter tops, flooring, etc, But most of what we had was a more dated version of a condo. I understand each condo will have its own layout and features, so I'm not really surprised. My main concern is that things were neat and clean. The master bedroom bed was comfy, but the pillows were old and worn out (too soft) and the blankets you can tell are very old and should be replaced. Water pressure in the shower was real good, but the towels to dry ourselves with are super old and rough on the skin. Definitely need new sets of towels to provide for guests. It was very convenient to have 2 bathrooms in a condo. There was also a lanai and a small yard from the master bedroom. The kitchen was nicely equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and utensils (plates/cups). The living room furniture could use updating as well where the couch and seats are worn out as you could tell by sinking into the seat cushions. Wifi worked pretty well during the trip. You will be given a code to access your condo as there are no keys to access them with (don't forget it). Check out was interesting as it was at 10am. I went to the front desk and told them I was checking out. Without asking for a room number or my name they just said ok, you're good to go. So I'm hoping everything was good and I don't see a random charge on my credit card. So on the bright side, this place is well located. Has a lot of amenities and was pretty quiet minus the neighbors upstairs who had heavy feet at times. The negative is this specific condo need some updates. If not updating the flooring, faucets or tiling, I would recommend at least changing the towels, and blankets. That would be a nice start for whoever stays here next. I won't list the specific room I had but it was L 1-- on the bottom level.

We stayed here for 5 nights for my partners 30th birthday. The condo was better than we thought it would be, it was spacious and clean and had a lovely outside area off the bedroom and out the front. Everything we needed was there, from cooking utensils, tuber ware containers, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels and chairs, everything! Made it extremely easy for us to pack up the rental car every morning and head off exploring for the day. Check in was easy - we called the day before we arrived and were given a code for the day and the number of our parking space. Great location, close to bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. When we return to Maui we will definitely be staying here!

We stayed in unit H112 had a MARVELOUS VIEW of the ocean and mountain. Sunsets were stunning. Close to everything! Shopped at Wailea, ate at Tommy Bahamas often! Dove the Molokini Crater. For ProDivers the doc was just across the street and Kam 3 was great to swim and smoke it! Unit is very well appointed and gorgeous floors with granite kitchen. Definitely one of the nicest condos! Would recommend it to anyone!
