Check in was fine. Slots too tight for 4 days. Cage Cashier, Barbara, was the friendliest staff member of all!!! Room had no tub - sad. Did not experience pool due to chilly weather. Overall stay ??

Excalibur staff did a great job in taking care if my needs. Great way to start my birthday month. Ask and you shall receive. The casino has improved and there are more food and drink options now. Great job!!

This was more or less the cheapest hotel on the Strip, and it showed. There was a musty smell of cigarettes and powerful air freshener as soon as you enter. Having carpets everywhere meant that those smells were held in deeper. The overall feel of the place was of somewhere struggling to keep up with the showier hotels nearby. What was most disappointing however was our room. Whilst a good size, it wasn't in great condition, with paint and wallpaper peeling in places, but none of the basics you would expect from a much cheaper place: no fridge, microwave, coffee machine, access to ice or drinking water, decent range of TV channels. The shower was average. It was the lack of these simple things which meant the hotel came across to us as quite mean-spirited and unhospitable. I know it's almost expectation to get fleeced in Las Vegas, but these little things come at little cost to a massive hotel / casino like the Excalibur but they didn't feel they could extend that small courtesy as a host.

Stayed 6 nights at Excalibur friendly staff, good location and yes, Excalibur is an older property and very large it does need some updating as do other properties. Food prices are high, which is normal on the strip. I think people post negative reviews because some you just can’t satisfy no matter what I would have no problem staying at Excalibur again or recommending it. We had no problems. We’ve stayed at nine different properties on the strip and it’s basically all the same it’s Vegas.

Outdated rooms unfriendly staff over priced food compared to others also charge guest to park. Tv is old with cable will not let u use Roku or any device. Bed is old and uncomfortable. Can see light though door. Bathroom door does not lock. Do not take a family here
