All things considered during these unusual times, it’s great! Went before the pandemic and we had an amazing time even though I was there for a conference. Room was luxurious and had a great view. Location is great for getting around to shows, dining and shopping venues.

This was my third time in Las Vegas, and Wynn hotel is one of the nicest I have ever met. I had breakfast at the Jardin restaurant and I love my omelette wit ham, the coffee is excellent, the environment is open and comfortable. Restaurant “The cave” was not my favorite, portions are too small, and it is not a cheap place. Rooms are nice, bed and pillows are cozy and comfortable, so I would go back to Wynn hotel, for sure.

We just got home from a four night stay at the Wynn. We had an amazing stay. It wasn't cheap, but we were very happy with our choice. A few details: I booked a room in the Encore with a king bed and view of the strip. A bit more money but it looked great on the website (I stayed at the Wynn last January during a sales conference and was very impressed with the room and hotel as a whole.) When we arrived, the front desk clerk suggested a Tower Suite at the Wynn as an alternative to the Encore. I think this was because they were trying to fill some of the suites in the Wynn. It was an upsell. We decided to do it, partly because they offered a $50 breakfast credit each day, and access to more pool areas at the Wynn (guests at the Encore cannot currently use the Wynn pools due to capacity restrictions.) The suites are more money, but the nice thing is you have access to the pools that are exclusive to Suite guests. This proved to be great for us as we found nice chairs every day and it was pretty quite and relaxing. We did go to the Wynn adult pool in the afternoon a couple of times. By the way, masks are not necessary at the pool now, which was great. The CDC has lifted the mask recommendation for outdoor areas, so it was nice not having to wear a mask at the pool. In regard to other restrictions, I gather they don't want people to smoke weed in the rooms or by the pool. Not an issue for us as we don't partake. Regarding some benefits to the Tower Suites, there are a couple of key ones. First, there a private elevator access. We scarcely waited for the elevator, which was a real time saver. (We have stayed at the Bellagio and Paris and in both places it can get quite crowded at the elevator banks.) Also, the private entrance that is on Sands boulevard is so nice. Get a cab or walk over to the Venetian or Bellagio, etc,, You're that much closer to that part of the Strip. (the Encore is further away.) The room was incredible. The view was of the golf course and mountains, which was fine with us. The size of the windows was amazing, so it was really a panoramic view. (We wanted a view of the Strip, but in retrospect, the mountains and golf course were great. So beautiful. And not too bright at night.) Our room had two bathrooms, a king bed, a large sitting area with a couch, ottoman, and table, and a desk. So much room. The credit for breakfast is good, but keep in mind for two people at Tableau, your bill will be more than $50. More like $70-$80. But the food is off the charts, and you can sit outside at Tableau. The mornings were gorgeous. We read some reviews that said the service had gone downhill, but that was not the case when we were there. The concierge was very helpful, as were the employees we encountered at the bars and restaurants. The waitresses at the pool were mostly good but a few were lacking customer service skills and seemed a bit grumpy. Last, the Wynn is the gold standard in Vegas. The Venetian is also very good, as is the Bellagio. But the Wynn rooms are so very classy and clean and just amazing. The casino area and hallways are immaculate. And the pool area is first rate. Costs more but you get more. I recommend the Wynn highly. Worth the extra money.

We had our wedding here last weekend and it was fabulous from start to finish! AnnMarie organized everything and did a phenomenal job - she really went all out to make it perfect. We stayed in one of the tower suites and it was gorgeous! Everything about the Wynn is opulent perfection. The staff, food, rooms and service are all impeccable. We cannot wait to come back!

The resort is clean and nice, casinos are great. The staff is horribly rude, not accommodating at all, quick to raise their voice if you even try to open the wrong door; the distance we’ve had to walk every day just to get to our convention is absurd and miserable. We will never stay here again our money will be spend elsewhere
