    Last night of road trip found us at The Hyatt. Room with a view of airport but triple glazing meant it was quiet. Room was large and clean. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had evening meal in restaurant and was so good I popped into to say thanks to The Chef.

    I stayed here on my way home to Australia in early February 2020. Unfortunately, I was delayed in checking in due to delayed flights however I called ahead and explained to the staff that I was delayed and the reason why they were very understanding when I arrived I was able to check-in quickly and easily. I spent a weekend here and enjoyed it. It was very comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the airport shuttle it was easy and quick to use. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received at this hotel and I will stay here again when I return to Los Angeles.

    Excellent Hotel for Spend Your Vacation

    What a superb hotel.The hotel seems to go on forever as it is quite large and very soread-out.The food was excellent and presented with many different varieties.Staff was ever so helpful.It was an amaizing.Rooms are well kept and very clean.mManagement and all the staff very friendly and always with us and ask what we need and what we want.I'm very thankful for everyone...we will hope to see you again..

    A pre flight haven in LA

    With 500 miles to drive from the Grand Canyon and arriving in the evening during the C Virus pandemic, we were lucky to have chosen The Hyatt LAX as our pre flight stop. The first welcoming smile from the Concierge Derrick Tates was only the beginning of the help we recieved in these troubled times.

    Room service was good. Reception service was very good. Food and market place provided everything during stay. Valet parking was helpful. Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Front desk was friendly. Would stay again.
