    Beautiful Resort!

    Grand Fiesta American took such good care of us! I am a pretty high maintenance traveler, and there are just so many good things to say! The service at the pool and beach was so fast and the drinks were excellent! Fish tacos at Peninsula for lunch were maybe the best I have ever had. Food and service at La Bodega with Danny and Roberto was fantastic. The best extra at this resort is being able to snorkel right off beach. We will definitely be back!

    When you book a vacation at a normal resort is ok but when you book a vacation at a gran resort I expect GRAN! It was nothing Gran about Gran fiesta americana cabo. It was our anniversary and we wanted to be memorable. More like dissapoiment. We booked a deluxe oceanfront suite paid extra for the premium suite. And what we got was a normal room with an ocean view barely visible. When I asked to be moved I was told of course but we had to pay extra for that. Well my question was we had already pay ahead of time when we booked. That if we wanted better we had to pay more. That is highway robbery. That is changing double for the same thing. But when it comes to dining you also pay double or even triple. Because when we have stayed at all inclusive resorts specially Gran resorts it is ALL INCLUSIVE. Oh no sir that is from the premium menu that you have to pay extra. That is paying double. And when it comes to dining at your bodega ( Argentinian restaurant) guests have to pay an additional cover charge to come in. That is paying triple. Overall the resort is quite nice the staff is very willing to go above and beyond. But there are few last minute details that are missing to make the memorable experience GRAN.

    Just got back. First time on a all inclusive and wanted to try. Check in. Normal compared to other hotels we have used. Not normal is the time share pitch. Hotel restaurants. Not all are open for breakfast. Only one is open. Not all are open for lunch. Check restuarant schedule. Room service was good. Facility and cleanliness. Good. See staff cleaning due to covid. Staff. Awesome staff thank you. Transportation. Limited. With all inclusive I expected free shuttle to downtown. Pay 12usd per person. Uber available but may not get in through the gate due to regulations. Had to cancel three times. They want you to use taxi or shuttle. Being All inclusive Golf and Spa. No information at all at the lobby. No signs of where to get it the price the schedule etc.

    Always a great time, you must to go!

    Third time here, and every time my wife and I get impressed. We stayed in many all inclusive resort before, and for sure this is the best in our opinion. This location has a great advantage from other resorts in this area, they have a private beach with a beautiful Coral where you can snorkeling with many colorful fishes when tide is low (take your equipment). Food is great, and anything you eat here is good to excellent. Rosato and Blue are our favorites. At the breakfast restaurant service is slow, so we recommend you request breakfast to be delivered in your room. Drinks are good also (mango tango please :) ). Service is great and friendly, most of the employees will try to do anything they can to impress you. They work hard. A special thanks to RAPHAEL, DANIEL, EDUARDO, CARLOS AND MIRIAN at the pool. Also ALEJANDRO at Rosato restaurant, CARMEM at the Sushi, and JAVIER (the best service we had) from Blue restaurant. You guys rock. The only complains we can have are that the bed was not comfortable to sleep, and they could have outdoor entertainment at night. Special during this Covid crisis. Thank you Grand Fiesta, we will definitely be back.

    Had such a bad experience here. I’ll post a list of incidents that happened during our 6 night stay a week ago. Their customer service contact seemed to not care... 1) while checking in they noted they were operating at 50% capacity but noted we could pay extra for a better room 2) our room was on first floor. Carts (towels/room service/etc) could be heard rolling by several times every night. It woke my wife and I up too many times to count 3) was refused lunch at the only restraint opened for lunch(others closed bc it rained from 7-9 that morning) bc we arrived 15 mins before they closed. 4) reported #3 to front desk and was told someone would follow up—never did 5) no gym times available until 1pm 6) breakfast not opened until 8. Nowhere to grab coffee before then 7) was told to come back to Mexican restaurant on wed while dining mon bc they’d have a special dinner for us. Waiter set up candle lit dinner only to request we purchase a premium dinner option—what a sleazy sales tactic 8)often times ordered drinks at pool and never got them. Ended up getting our own. I shared all of this during the survey they emailed us and the response was pretty much “sorry you felt that way, hope to see you again”.
