We were able to get lots of rest while we were at this quiet resort. It is indeed a little piece of paradise in the desert. Unfortunately, the check in process was a bit curious. The gentleman who checked us in spent lots of time talking to us about the "preferred Club Level amenities." This was an upgrade push that made me feel a bit uncomfortable, since we did not select Club Level. However, this resort needs a lot of updates, including ADA adaptations, adding a variety of food options, and installing a security lock on the room doors. Also the gym is small considering this is a resort with over 500 guest rooms, There was only one older model upright bike and four other pieces of equipment in the gym. The pools are not lap pools but mostly relaxing. THE SPA SERVICES WERE WONDERFUL! Maybe next time we are considering an all-inclusive, adult resort, these improvements will be done.
