Stayed one night, every car in parking lot had window smashed in and vandalized, robbed. Management offered no help except vacuming up glass. TOLD ME ,,,,,PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK DUE TO CRIME. Would offer no help to locate glass repair, police just put a form on each vehicle window to call in 72 hours for a report for insurance. HAMPTON TOLD ME THEY WILL OFFER NO TYPE OF INSURANCE INFORMATION, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. People at glass repair said hampton and hilton next door and a local hospital were all hit, and it is common in that area. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.Hampton had an empliyee "on duty", and claimed they heard and saw nothing while 10-20 car windows were smashed 50 feet away???? rerally??? Almost certainly in on it. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We met family in Nashville to celebrate a birthday & visit a fun city. It is close to the Grand Ole Opry & Opryland Mills Mall. Downtown Nashville is a ways away but not that far. The room was clean & quiet. Staff was helpful. We had to ask them to clean our room after two days but other than that, all was great. Due to CV-19, breakfast is not served but sausage biscuits & other food is available to take to your room & heat up.

We stayed here as part of our tour for a couple of nights as we wanted to be close to the Grand Ole Opry before heading Downtown. It is a very reasonably priced hotel for Nashville and of a very good quality. Although located about a mile away from Grand Ole Opry, it could be walked - however the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the Opryland Hotel a few times a day which has to be booked with the front desk. The shuttle does not run late at night, but Lyft and Uber operate in the area, so never found it a problem to get back after a night out. Check in was quick and friendly. The lobby has some nice music artwork to remind you that you are in Music City. Our room was of a good size and very clean throughout. Very comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast room is just off the lobby and is a fairly good size, but does get busy. It was the usual Hampton free breakfast consisting of a choice of coffee, juices, smoothies, pastries, make your own waffles and small hot selection. The food is constantly being replenished so was always fresh. The star of the show is Love Bug who works so hard keeping the place clean and tidy. We loved the way she gave the sweets at the start of the day - guaranteed to put a smile on your face and put you in a good mood. Well worth the money and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again next time we are in the Opry area.

Very close to grand ole Opry, Opry Mills mall and Opry hotel. The shuttle service available to downtown is fantastic. The price for round trip is cheaper than parking for just a few hours. We used the shuttle all 4 nights. Don’t need to rent a car. Rooms are clean. Ms LoveBug at breakfast each morning was a uplifting interaction with her little bit of love (cookies) and her greeting.

MUST KNOW shuttle is limited maybe 7am-9pm

I selected this property to stay near Opryland within Hilton brand because my flight arrived late after car rental was closed and it listed a hotel airport shuttle. Upon landing, I called hotel for a pickup and they said their shuttle only runs 7am-9pm provided they have staffing so they couldn't pick me up on the midnight flight which is essentially the only available flight from pacific northwest for me. I had to pay $35 for a Lyft ride for family and finally got checked in. Property is aging, the pool is only outdoor. In morning, I asked at 11am for shuttle to airport and they said they sent shuttle person on long break/lunch since they didn't have people registered for shuttle so I had to wait 2.5hrs! When I returned at the 1:30pm timeframe I found out shuttle driver left early thinking it was a pickup at airport so I had to wait more! Limited interactions with staff, but processing was slow, services were slow. Not what I expected from Hilton but maybe that's why I stopped using them the past 2 years and switched back because of local contract and new breakfast offering.
