This was our second visit to CSA, our first was 6 years ago on our Honeymoon. It was just as wonderful as we remember it, from the food, to the environs, to the included extras. I would say the Beachfront Premium Verandah Suite is a bad idea, it's the most costly room, but as the windows have no glass, just wood shutters (which we love, makes us really feel like we're in the Caribbean), having a fan and AC unit right over the bed is a necessity. In the Premium suite, the fan and AC are above the sitting area and the AC unit is just not enough to cool the whole, larger room. Either way, we LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and will continue to return every few years. There's simply no other all inclusive that feels this "Carribean and lush". We booked our travel again through Trip Guy Travel, and even though there were some changes in the requirements for accessing Jamaica due to COVID testing, the Trip Guy team was AMAZING. They literally answered my emails (and I might have sent 100 over a 2 week period) in seconds and were with us every step of the very nerve-wracking journey through getting our COVID testing completed and our Travel Authorizations approved.

We were 1st timers at Swept Away and were awed by the amazing beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful! Love the "Couples" atmosphere and the wonderful amenities!! We went with friends and all agreed this is truly a vacation paradise for couples.

We visited in September 2019. It is our 9th visit to Jamaica and 4th stay at a Couples Resorts, 1st stay at Swept away. Our stay was just ok. We had high Expectations based on reviews and left a little disappointed. The rooms were large and clean. The beach is amazing with clear water and lots of loungers. Food was good but not great. Top shelf alcohol available at bars. The resort is very large and we found the service to be inconsistent. We had a hostess be very rude to us on our last night. Myself and another lady were stung by a group of small jellyfish late one afternoon and none of the beach bars or life guards had vinegar available for stings. We would recommend this resort for groups. We might try Couples Negril for our next trip to Jamaica.

Swept Away is our favorite place in the world! This was our 10th visit. We have tried other places, and other islands, but we always end up back here. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Everything is always spotless, including the beach area. Everyone was especially kind this year and so appreciative of our visit, as Covid has hurt the travel industry. There is not a finer group of people in the world!!! We are already planning our next visit!

Dream Makers Vacation Services connected us to this resort. Excellent time to use a travel agent during COVID. We weren't sure how our trip would be initially, during a time of COVID. We had a strict pre-travel process that included a specific COVID test and travel approval by Jamaica. Mike, our travel agent, was able to jump in within 48 hours of travel to ensure all went through in time. When we arrived, CSA took our temperatures and had hand sanitizer everywhere to ensure our safety as well as everyone else. We were fortunate to be able to travel and to help the Jamaican economy. My husband and I spent 6 nights with another couple. We were in the Beachfront Veranda Suite #3118 and it was just steps to 7 Mile Beach. Our friends were in an Atrium Suites just two buildings away. Theirs was quite lovely including a hammock on their balcony but the no TV was a deal breaker for my husband. We had breathtaking sunsets, ever day floating on the clear water, abundance of starfish while paddle boarding, spectacular meals, free catamaran cruise which surprised us with a swim into a cave for an awestruck moment. The staff were extremely friendly, always with a smile. Rick-O-Neil was outgoing and entertaining, Denise made us some delicious smoothies at the wellness bar, and Gahfi (spelling?) learned that I loved coconut water so delivered fresh, cold coconuts to me each morning! After I learned in a Facebook group to bring white canvas shoes, I quickly found Ray (Tuesdays/Saturdays) by the water sports hut to paint a beautiful sunset on them as a perfect souvenir. We began our trip by dancing the night away in their nightclub, and ending our last morning with a romantic dance at breakfast to the sounds of a duo of guitar and violin in the Palms Restaurant. We are beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to experience CSA. We loved our time there!
