Expensive and not a good value.

Pretty disappointed in this property. Went for a trade show and felt nickeled and dimed the entire time. Even as a Hilton Honors member I did not feel particularly welcome or special, and they charge for EVERYTHING. Parking, breakfast, even water in your rooms ($6!!!). Rooms themselves are really average, and when you take into account the price of the room itself, there are much better deals in the area where you actually feel welcomed. Even when checking out I found an error on the bill and they were extremely reluctant to make the adjustment! I had pretty high hopes for this place, but as Hilton properties go, it is definitely well below average and I would not stay there again.
My favorite hotel

This is my favorite place to stay in the Anaheim area. It's far enough from the madness of the parks, but has a very convenient ART bus stop. The hotel staff are always friendly, and the hotel itself is top notch. Very clean, updated, and the rooms are spacious.
Are they running a scam here? Check your receipt before you leave!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times & this is the second time we did not receive our food & beverage credit. As a Gold Member I have chosen the daily food & beverage credit, but twice I have not received it. The first time I called once I had received my emailed invoice & it was resolved that day. This time the female I spoke with couldn't answer why this had happened, but stated she would make the correction & I would receive an email in about 10 minutes. Neither was done. I waited a few days(to allow for possible processing times) & then spoke with the assistant manager who had no response to my frustration of this initially happening, and then again after I had called & told it would be resolved. No apology, no recognition of wrong doing or chain of errors. He did(quickly) finally get me the credit I was due, but these 2 experiences makes me not want to return and also wonder how many other people they are trying to do this to?! As for the hotel- there has only been 1 elevator working, which obviously makes for long wait times, especially when it does arrive to you & its completely full. The breakfast has always been good, as the employees are pleasant & diligent about keeping it stocked. There is an ART stop right outside of the hotel for those going to Disneyland. We were in an updated room this time. Word of caution if you have mobility issues- the tub is a very high step up & could be difficult, even for children.
Good location

Clean hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t experience the breakfast. Rooms are a good size and clean. Staff are friendly and it is a good location for Disney. There is a lot of parking available but the lifts are very slow
Needs updates

This hotel needs updates and better receptionists. They need to make things smoother and easier for customers not harder and impossible. They cut all necessary stuff (Qtips sewing kit shower cap) from rooms. When I asked receptionist they were out of Qtips Carpets were very dirty.
