I LOVE Disney, and I LOVE The Poly!! Always an excellent stay! The cast members are incredible and always eager to help! I just read a very lengthy review about a lady who went to the Poly in August, it was her husband's Birthday and they were with 2 other people, so a total of 4 adults. The first thing she says is how the rooms are small for 4 adults, then she complained about mold, saying how it ruined her trip, and blah, blah, blah. I will tell you right now that this lady didn't stop complaining until her entire stay was refunded! Dont listen to her. She was bashing this resort up and down, and NOTHING was going to please her, so if you read the review....its not true. It's just another angry person trying to get free stuff ...the kind of person who complains about the steak, but has ate it all but one piece and wants a refund.....THAT kind of person. Poly is wonderful, and there is NO mold. She is trying to scare people. This is "hands down", the best resort at Disney!!

We Just left the Poly we hated to go. this location is great you can watch the Wishes fireworks from the beach. We stayed in the DVC studios they were clean and cozy. Loved the separate shower and sink and the toilet and tub in another room handy to get several folks cleaned up fast. We loved Captin Cooks fast and reasonable food. Also ate at Kona Cafe it was awesome love the press pot coffee. and lastly, Ohana is just an awesome place to eat. We will return to stay here again. Lastly multiple transportation options boat, monorail, or the ferry boat at TTC area and fast access to the Epcot Monarail also.

I’ve been staying at the Polynesian village since the late 1970s (our parents took us there as kids) and after all these years, I think it’s still the best place to stay in the magic kingdom. Thank god disney finally renovated the pool area. It was starting to get dated. Still love this place

Great location and a fun place to stay in Disney World

Disney's Polynesian Resort has always been out of our price range but we recently took advantage of a reduced rate in Sept for Florida residents for a quick trip. Frankly, I think this resort is overpriced the majority of the year. It's not the Ritz but it's a great choice if you must stay on property. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and we had 2 queen beds along with a couch that converted to a twin and was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool with the water slide. The quick service restaurant downstairs was pretty good. Nothing too memorable. And Kona Cafe was excellent for dinner. We all had sushi and the kids LOVED the kid's sushi option. It's super cute. Disney does service so well and this was no exception. If you want to be near Magic Kingdom this is a fantastic place to stay.

I have been to Disney World several times and have stayed on property almost always. I love how the Poly is on the monorail and next to the ticket and transportation center. Access to all parks is at ease here. The tropical feel and the friendliness off the staff is unbelievable. We stayed near the main pool area. The resort is clean and we enjoyed every minute of staying at this resort. I love getting coffee and breakfast at the Kona Cafe. Ohana’s is another fabulous restaurant for breakfast or dinner! We enjoyed the activities poolside, campfires at night and watching the water parade at night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy! I highly recommend staying at this resort, great for families with young children (you can roll your stroller right on and off the monorail)!
