The hotel was super close to Sea World and an easy ride to Universal. One of the elevators was out, which kind of made everything slow, but the breakfast made it all worth while. They had a huge buffet and a great staff who were constantly cleaning and refilling the trays.

Family of 4 stayed 7 days first of August in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, living room w/kitchen unit and had a great time. I would highly recommend 2 bdrm for a longer stay as it gave us lots or extra room. The room was clean and housekeeping did a very good job everyday of our stay and were always friendly. All Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great and good size and we never felt like it was too crowded. Hotel breakfast was very good for being included, please remember that this is a large Hotel so if you want to eat breakfast in the prime of the morning you may have to wait in line for 5-7 min but the morning breakfast workers did a great job keeping up on the food. Pool bar/food service was good also. The workers at the shuttle desk were always helpful. make sure and book park shuttles the Day Before you need service and ask for Quick Que for Sea World also. Just about hourly shuttles each day to Sea World and a Universal shuttle at 10:00 am and return at 7:00. Uber to Sea World is $7-$8 and Uber to Universal is about $19 but Universal Parking is free after 6:00. Overall stay in this Hotel was great and would definitely recommend this place for families.

This is our 3rd visit and highly recommend the hotel for this price range. It is ideally located just off the main highway 15 minutes from Disney parks and universal but 4 minutes to SeaWorld and Aquatica. CVS across the road. Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonald’s and TGI ‘s (and others) 4 / 5 minutes drive. Vineland Premium Outlets - 8 / 10 mins. The hotel has a nice clean decent size pool, laundry (which is good for longer stays - we had 3 weeks around Florida) a basketball area, gym and barbecue facilities. Free ample parking is also available. The rooms have kitchenettes, massive fridge and are tended to daily and are very comfortable. The breakfast is good ‘if’ you get there early- it gets very busy and the queues are massive before you even get to a park! But, you expect this in July / August. However, couple of gripes, we were disappointed with our room this year, we were allocated an accessible/walk in shower room and it was smaller than our previous visits. We couldn’t all sit at the table for a meal due to only 2 chairs/ lack of space. The hotel changed their policy on pool towels, pain to change - at least they allocate some. We lost a purse ( money, credit card ) and the first 2 staff on reception were very unhelpful- quite dismissive. The next morning another lady was very helpful ( at least she looked in lost property) and took our details. We would stay again due to its location and cleanliness.

When I arrived, I was informed my room was upgraded.. cool! The room was very clean and looked great. Breakfast was decent with a nice selection. I Loved being able to take the shuttle to Seaworld and Aquatica. It would be cool if they offered shuttle service to the a Universal parks as well. The hotel was wonderful and really deserves 5 stars however we had an unpleasant experience with the theme park guest services guy one morning. He was unnecessarily rude.

If i could rate this hotel a zero, i would have. I realize that some ppl have left good reviews on this site and that was the reason we chose it. Big Mistake! Whats good to some people does not necessarily mean it will meet standards to the rest of us. The room we were given was averagely clean, it wasn't very modernized it definilty needs a face lift. First night my daughter had a nose bleed on her sheets at 10pm, took off the sheets myself and called the front desk for another sheet to put on the bed. I had to call them another 3 times before the sheets came up and an hour and half had passed. I can live with that, after all, the place was a pretty good price. Next morning, 6am, taking a shower, looked next to me IN the shower on the wall NEXT to me was the biggest cockroach i have ever seen!!!! Huge!!! Screaming session took place and my hubby came and killed the monster. I was offered free parking. Went to Disney Springs after i put my brand new, just purchased groceries from Walmart into our pantry (we were staying for 10 days so i had to buy quite a bit with 2 kids). Came home and opened the pantry to get food for the kids and 2 big cockroaches come out between our legs, one got away and the other we stepped on!. Closed the door stuck a towel underneath and called the front desk. First manager that came said "Its Florida, what do you expect?" She gave me a new room, and the kicker NOBODY helped us move ALL of our stuff with a non functioning elevator!
