Stayed there for the last WMO. Hadn't been there in years but the place is just as nice and well maintained as I remembered, Staff is professional and helpful. Special thanks to Ted from dinning staff for going out of his way to fix a problem with my breakfast order. I was in a hurry and was just going to pass it up but Ted fixed the issue and had the correct order bad to my room in less than 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service and wonderful attitude. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return. We travel a lot and this is really one of the nicest resorts we have stayed at. The grounds crew does an incredible job, and nothing is out of place. The various fire pits around the property are a nice touch. All of the employees we interacted with were very nice. The rooms (casitas) are nicely done and feel like your own space. The pool area is great, and the servers there make sure you have water, drinks, etc. My only suggestion is to not have a DJ at the pool on Saturdays. No one in our group enjoyed this, and it certainly wasn't relaxing - or something you would expect at a high end property. Most of our group left the pool area a few minutes after the DJ started.

This is a very nice resort. I would definitely recommend this resort if you are planning a trip to Scottsdale. The casitas are very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. The beds were great and the grounds were beautiful with beautiful views of the mountains.

This is our second visit to the resort and we enjoyed everything just as much this time. The rooms are large, clean and very private. Having a personal patio out the back door was very nice. The Spa was inviting but very crowded during our visit. There are several pools. We were near enough to the Jack Rabbit pool to hear the music which was playing constantly. Had we been any closer, we would have asked to move. All the staff were friendly and competent.

    A Unique and Excellent Experience--Again!

This place is totally unique. It is not your normal hotel. It is comprised of many "Casitas", or small cluster units. Most are ranch style, however there are some units that are on a second floor. Some have private swimming pools. We have had both in our stays at this property. Some of the distinctive elements of this property are the very peaceful environment, both day and night. There are no discernible noises common in all standard hotels, regardless of cost. Because you're in Paradise Valley, you are away from street lights and the hustle and bustle of urban life. At night, it's very dark and the stars and constellations light up like LED's in the sky. We had the golf package which included breakfast for two. Both of the Camelback courses were in excellent condition. Rita's Kitchen was fabulous! The made to order omelets, selection of meats, fruits, breads and bakery were off the charts. The service is typical Marriott---excellent. We often ate at Lincoln's, a bar with a great happy hour menu. It has a number of community tables and a few individual tables and an interesting mix of clientele. There are other more formal dining areas, but we enjoyed the ambiance here after golf. There are a couple of really great fire pits to hang around when the sun goes down and it gets cool in the desert. It's just a great place.
