    Don’t think twice - best vacation

    We booked for 4 weeks. Enjoyed every moment from the friendly attentive staff, variety of the food, facilities, spa, beach and pools. All were amazing. It is a true all included 5star resort. Waiting to came back again!!

    My girlfriend and I went to this resort for 9 days as an anniversary gift to each other. We did our research and picked Hyatt because of the pictures on their website, food available and reviews from others about the food. We are major coffee and tea drinkers so that was a must for us as well as wanting to indulge in every morsel they offered. After our first day we were shocked by how genuine and kind the staff was. English is not the primary language of many but trust me, they don’t struggle to get you what you want or need. Many times when one server didnt understand, they would get someone else to help us. They truly take the time to get to know what you want and like. This resort is over the top for an all inclusive in customer service and variety. We met and fell in love with Yazmin, David and Solanye at the coffee shop on the adult side. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and our favorite drink (already memorized). This trio is a team not to miss! Yazmin on coffee, David making a morning crepe and Solanye, making sure everything is running smoothly with a smile behind her mask. They love their job and it shows! The rest of the resort was just as perfect! The beach cleaned everyday of seaweed, the pool sparkling clean with towels always available and close by. During the day, the entertainment team brings out upbeat music to enjoy. Please try to take on Yo-Yo (Jose) and his aqua pole class. There is always a friendly server asking to bring you something to drink. Though we did not indulge in the alcohol, the bar tenders were more than happy to make “virgin” drinks for us to try. Hyatt really thought this one through with the proximity of the kid and adult side. With the pandemic, they utilized a scaled down model for dining which allowed adults to go onto the kid side but not vise versa. It was fantastic to be so close to the water park but still far enough away to know that pool time would be adults only. A last note about the pool- if you think rain will stop you from having fun, think again! The rain is wonderful to watch but it doesnt last long. The rain gives you a chance to eat something or grab a cup of coffee. The room we had was fantastic- waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning and enjoying a cup of tea/coffee was the best! Anytime we ran out of the coffee pods- a phone call is all it took! Speaking of phone call, their system for accuracy was different but spot on. When ordering room service- we spoke our order- they repeated it back- if we added anything- they repeated it back. If the staff had any doubt in their mind, a quick phone call back to the room happened and all food was verified. Kudos to the staff for this. All in all this resort is top notch! Not one complaint from us. Hyatt says that tips are included in the trip but trust me, their service and attention to detail is above and beyond any tip that is included. On more than one occasion we found ourselves giving our server a tip for their hard work!!!! This trip was one in which we did not want to leave and look forward to indulging in again! Great job to every staff member at The Zilara!

    Hyatt Zilara is most likely the best hotel right now. It was an amazing 4 days stay, from the moment we stepped into the lobby. Excellent attention from every employee, the food was amazing, really cool gym. Very strict protocols for Covid, which made us feel safe and at the same time free to enjoy our stay. Special thanks to Ramon and Ana who made our stay even more enjoyable. Already planning my second visit. Needless to say our 2 hour spa treatment was incredible.

    This is the perfect option you are looking for. Perfect for every holiday, the service, the food, THE VIEWS. As you know here in the Caribbean we have a lot of beaches and mostly in Punta Cana/ Cap Cana there’s a mini town of hotels, but hyatt is the best one, it’s a hole new different way of having vacationing in this tropical paradise. For any occasion is the best choice. I trust them blindly. I would to thanks personally to Mr. Pedro Tomas and Mrs. Darling Mendez for the exceptional treat and attention.

    Hyatt Zilara is the best hotel in his class that I have ever met, the attentions from its employees, gastronomy, Beach, pool, gym, cleaness and the ocean views from the room, all were superb!! The covid19 protocol is strict and make you feel safe during the stay, nothing to be worry about!! we will be back pretty soon.
