Packaging and leaving are hard, but another great vacation has ended. We will return, but next time for two weeks. The daily massages have been so relaxing and refreshing. Paula was excellent, as she would work out the knots in my muscles and relax me. The entire staff here at Grand Bavaro has been exceptional, from our two butlers, Julio and Cofe, who always had everything under control, we would see them all over the resort, and they worked hard to make sure everything we needed was done. They had great personalities. The Star Prestige Staff was always there to help, ensuring everything was smooth, especially France and Juliana. Our Ambassador Angel made all my requests come true and helped us enjoy every aspect of our trip; he always checked in and ensured I had nothing to worry about. The staff at the beach, Augusto Nuñez, Jesus Andy, and Manuel, were so much fun and had everything we needed in our Cabana. They were always happy, helpful, and resourceful. They were checking on us constantly. We had Naomi as our waitress every lunch; she always looked after us and was so attentive that by the second day, she remembered what we liked, as did Ramona at breakfast. Every morning she welcomed us, knew us immediately, and was very attentive. I highly recommend this place. The food and drinks were great, and the beach might be the best in the Iberostar Grands. What a week. Last night was the Gala night, and to say Amazing is an understatement. They surprised us at dinner with rose petals all over the table; the head chef, Renzo, came over to introduce himself and give us a tour of what they had prepared for the night. Then Angel had one last surprise: the head Mixologist, Kavir, created a special cocktail for us, which they delivered to our table in a lit-up box. So cool, I posted a video. We met some fantastic new friends who were the nicest people in the world, and we hope to vacation again together in the future, Magdalena and her husband, Piero. I knew when I purchased the membership that it wasn’t just to save money but to have better vacations. I didn’t think I would have such a great time on vacation, but that is the staff at the resort and the friends you meet as you go. All the members we have met this past year seem fun, friendly, respectful, and looking to have an excellent vacation for themselves and their families. Every Iberostar we have vacationed at, the staff has treated us better than family.

Excellent service as always! Employees at Iberostar Grand go out of their way to make you feel like family. Resort grounds are imaculant and the beach is well kept with minimal rocks. Highly recommend Iberostar brand resorts and hotels for all searching for an unforgettable experience. Until next time....

Great all inclusive resort. Staff is very attentive and always great you with a smile. Especially our butler Cofe and Daniel from the front desk. Both went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable experience ever. Only comments for future guests would be get to the pool early if you want a covered cabana. You will need a break from the tropical sun.

Everyone is so accommodating and the resort is beautiful. So many different places to eat and get drinks. The pools are great and the swim up bar is really nice. The beach area was great with plenty of lounge chairs. The banquets and celebrations were fantastic with live music and a huge variety of foods. Love it!

Robert was excellent as well as all a staff. Beautiful and staff are attentive. The property is highly maintained and as Grand guest you have access to all the other properties - just a walk away. Please consider making this your vacation decision.
