    6th Stay at Paradise

    It was 6 of us travelling to the Hotel last November for a family trip for the 6th time. We visit every year for 2 weeks for a birthday. This is the mos amazing hotel in Punta Cana. Just feels like home. The only down part of the last trip was is that they did not notice the not one my booking that the reason of our trip was a 50th Birthday and a Honeymoon. It did leave is with a slight disappointment, but hopefully we can celebrate next time we will be there - already looking to book after all this Covid thing ends. Food was amazing as always, as well as the staff and the entertainment team. It would be useful if all the staff would be on the same page in the concierge as well as the special restaurants with regards to bookings. One said yes, we can book the other said no we cannot book. It was quiet hard to come to a conclusion as it was a group of 6 of us. There is always plenty of things to do, staff is friendly and they actually remember you from past years. Abel, Super Tony, Francis from rec is definitely credit to the team. Nothing is trouble for them. Hope people who have doubts in this place will change their minds seeing that we are even going back after the 6th time. It's amazing! Just to point out we are not member of the privilege club. We come becuse we love it there. :) See you all soon Team Sirenis, and stay safe!

    We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The service and food in the members lounge was top notch. Edison and Xendvi took very good care of us and ensured we had a great stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

    Let me start by saying even though we didn’t get the vacation we had hoped for , all the staff and management at this resort were amazing. And no fault of there own had to make hard decisions in a difficult time . We were a group of 42 and had this trip booked 6 months prior. We were due to fly out from Montreal 14th March and were told by Air Transat “ Business as usual “ and no refunds . We were flown out with around 60 people in total on the outbound flight. My first impressions of this resort was the size and agree if your elderly reconsider ( Lots of walking ) We did request that our rooms were all together but unfortunately that didn’t happen and we had to move nearer to our group. We were originally in block 36 our group in 46 ??( Really didn’t understand this the resort was only a quarter full ) Day 2 : we went to see our concierge to make our reservations for the week . After siting there for over 30min you sensed that something was wrong and they seemed flustered and computer systems were down. We left frustrated but later found out that the resort was slowly closing down ( Restaurants and Bars started closing ) and many staff sent home and it was obvious that the entertainment staff were on reduced hours. We don’t blame the resort for any of this they had no other choice the resort was dead and other resorts along the beach had already closed down. We blame ( Air Transat ) for flying us out there with no other options. Rooms : Are a good size and relative clean my biggest problem were the cockroaches I must have had over 20 ( 3 alive ) my teenage boy killed ! Others already dead in room. I don’t normally go for a ground floor room but we wanted to be with friends. Plenty of storage for a family of 4. We have teenagers and the bathroom steamed up and flooded quite often ( Maybe extractor fan would help ) The food was great and the buffet for either breakfast / Lunch and Supper had amazing choices and great service. The Tex Mex steak was outstanding ... Japanese was fun and entertaining for the kids . Beach : Was Very windy not sure we had a day without . Ocean can be rough so not great for swimming but that’s due to wind. Love that you can walk along the sandy beach . The whole resort is beautiful and well looked after. Water park... my boys loved it but again closed down after 4 days of us being there. The staff that stayed behind and tried to make our stay fun “ I thank you ?? “ And I truly hope we can return and experience the resort and staff at its best ( obviously not during and epidemic) Thank you (I hope you are all remembered and thanked when this is all over ) I apologize only remember a couple of names sorry ! You know who you are ... all the staff that stayed behind until we left on the last flight out Sunday 22nd March . Leanado Black Panther Eddy Please don’t hesitate to book this resort when the world is back to normal !

    My husband and daughter visited this resort just as Covid19 brought the world to a halt. When we arrived we were greeted at the front desk with smiles and a very warm welcome. After checking in we were given a tasty cocktail and went to explore the resort. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of this resort as we walked through the property. Everywhere you looked there were beautiful palm trees, flowers, statues, peacocks and geese. The pool and beach area did not disappoint. There were plenty of lounge chairs to sit on and everything was spotless. We were placed in block 37 and were very pleased with our accommodations. We had a Junior Suite which was fully refurbished. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. The fridge in the room was restocked everyday with Coke, Fanta, Sprite and beer. The room consisted of a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower, sitting area and large bedroom and balcony. The rooms are very modern and cozy. There were two large screen tvs and a variety of channels to choose from. We were a little nervous about the food and the options available but there was no need to worry. The buffet each dayt was filled with a tremendous amount of food. We are all picky eaters and I can tell you that we left after each meal feeling satisfied. There were omelettes, fresh fruits of all kinds, different breads, any type of cheese you could think of, a beautiful selection of salami, pepperoni, steak, chicken, fish, turkey, roast.

    My wife and I just returned from our 2nd trip to this resort, first time was last July with our three children. In the midst of this Coronavirus emergency we travelled. We arrived just days prior to governments limiting travel and the entire resort seemed a bit on edge. I will commend Marco Mendoza and his staff for their professionalism during this time of world crisis. The resort was at about 50% capacity and a few things were closed because of this. Guests were a bit anxious but everything was well behaved. The staff were all great and always smiling and with something positive to say. A special shout out to the guys at the lobby bar, especially Luis and his partner...they were awesome. Food and drinks were first class!!! Highly recommend this resort for a family vacation. Thank you to Marco and Erika for everything they did for us.
