This was our fifth visit to the Palace, our first without our children, and had another great time. It was a very busy time, being Easter/Spring break, but the crowds were managed very well and the quality of service was still great. Thank you to all of the staff for their smiles and "holas", they are working hard, but always keep it friendly with the guests. The sunrises are beautiful, which was a nice perk when you had to be up before the sun to get a lounge chair! Food was consistently good. We still wish for better house wine, as we love our wine, and find theirs, well, BAD. There are choices to purchase, but we don't want to have to buy a bottle of wine every night. Still overall a wonderful vacation. Special thank you to Fernanda in the Premium lounge for her excellent customer service through our stay.

It’s a beautiful place. Daisy y Mayra have been amazing. They are always so attentive bringing what we want to drink or need they come to us when they see our drinks are finished or close to finished. Will be back hopefully every year and hope to see them here to get the best service possible.

15 of just returned from a week at the Barcelo Palace...this was our 4th time to this resort. It did not disappoint...it has the best beach going and the grounds always well maintained...rooms were spacious and clean. The ala cartes were good, the food in the buffett did not have the variety that we experienced in the passed. You literally could not cut the beef off the bone...it was like leather....but you won't go hungry lots of chicken and pasta and salads to choose from. They say covid has changed everything, but sure am tired of hearing that about everything..it has become the normal excuse these days. Would not hesitate to return.

The entertainment staff at the Palace were so much fun! Natasha, Naomi, Dani, Charlie and Johnny were very friendly and remember us each day! The aqua fitness with Natasha, Naomi and Charlie were the best that we didn’t miss a class! We also loved all the games that were played around the pool
