Armando Mason at momos restaurant is one of the best server with great smile and skills. He was respectful and served us with smile always. He was prompt in getting things done and always taking care of all the customers on his table with smile and sweet gesture

We stayed for seven nights at Nizuc and we all had a great time hang out at the pool, watching the nightly entertainment, enjoying our day, pass to the grand and hanging out at the sandy beach. Our flights got delayed, and the moon palace, let us move our dates by one without charging us extra so that started us off on a really high note. We loved the Palace!

We love everything about moon palace resort!! The service was fantastic and the food delicious. We stayed at sunrise, we didn’t like the beach but we went to beach palace with a reservation we did on the app and enjoyed a wonderful day at the beach! The water there was beautiful! We also had a one day pass to enjoy at the grand. Goodness we couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy our spring break!! Our teenagers loved moon palace! Highly recommend it!!
Huge property with lots of 5* features but don’t expect 5* service or finesse.

Just returned from our stay at Moon Palace. Expectations were really high considering the Trip Advisor ratings. This is a huge property, so big and bigger than I’ve ever stayed in, so maybe the reason I couldn’t rate it higher than 4* and reasons why my cons were what they are. Pros: Well presented, great food quality, top quality drinks and really comfortable rooms set in beautiful grounds. The evening entertainment was really good, cheesy but fun! Large pools and lots of extra activities such as tennis, volleyball, mini golf and basketball. I also love a short transfer from the airport but not to be under noisy planes all day. The app is good once it's up and running, although the lack of help and guidance given by the staff, makes the app even more vital. Cons: The check in experience is long and chaotic. The staff treat you as a problem and are quite rude and abrupt in my opinion. The room wasn’t ready until after 4pm and the staff seemed to be happy to achieve this feat. The restaurants that require bookings were totally full, so we had to make do with the buffet which was nice or queue for a long time for the Mexican or Brazilian. The lobby bar area felt like an airport, another bar option with some character were be great. Its very hard to expect a lounger by or near the pool after 9am, lots of empty but reserved ones. We didnt travel with our son but it would be good for families as many all day activities.
Fabulous which is why we keep coming back....

Another amazing stay at the Moon Palace Resort. Service always is first class. Many thanks to: *Jorge and Gerimias who greeted us every morning with a smile and fabulous coffee for our breakfast at Gondola, *Ricardo and Luis at the beautiful golf course who took great care of our clubs, and had them ready in our cart for tee time and ensured we had plenty of play space between other golfers, *To Juan, Sabina and all the staff from Amerimed who helped and took care of me when I needed you the most, *Pablo at the pool - you always treat us like family, * Eleodora, our room maid who made sure our room was spotless every day, and to all of the extended staff - you are why we continue to come back twice a year.
