We have looked forward to diving with Anthony’s Key for a long time. We were excited to learn they were the dive organization working with Norwegian Cruises. We should have known what we were facing when the bus was packed full. We assumed there would be several dive boats but they crammed 19 of us into one boat with 2 dive masters. We “separated” into 2 groups - meaning one group was on one side of the reef and we were on the other. We usually could see each other and bumped into each other several times. 25 minutes into the dive, we were diving over sand since everyone had merged together. The sea life was definitely great: lots of Turtles and some huge grouper who added themselves to our group. There was even a wreck that was nice. So, what’s the problem...at one point, our dive master disappeared. Later we discovered he was having ear problems, meaning there were 19 of us with one dive master. This was a good dive. The cameraman did a great job. But, there were simply too many people divers in too small of an area for 5 stars. Next time, we will research another organization.

This resort is jus lovely and the service is fantastic! The only caveats I will give are that 1" they don't really like for you to leave the resort; and 2) it was obvious at times that the staff have to bend over backwards to tourists in order to keep their jobs. I don't like feeling like I can't expresss concerns because it might get someone fired. otherwise, we LOVED it here and will absolutely be back. We dove 3 days and had Edwin's boat, the Hydee each day. GREAT crew, very knowledgeable and fun divemaster! Love him!!! The group picnic to Maya key was awesome. I wish we'd had more time to spend to see the animals and gardens! The island luau was also a lo too fun. The focus on conservation and protection of island resources is greatly appreciated as well!! Thanks so much AKR! Can't wait to come back!

Nice place. Clean and friendly staff and the food was great. Diving was excellent and very close to the resort. Don’t miss the picnic at Mayan Key......great spot. The snorkeling is good and good if you don’t SCUBA.

We had a fantastic experience at Anthony’s Key! Everything went perfectly from the minute we landed at the airport. Loved our stay here. The diving was fantastic and organized. Towards the end our boat got more crowded and it seemed like we had too many people for one dive master, but we were fine and didn’t have any issues with it. We got our AOW cert here and it was great and affordable-the perfect place to do it. Diana, the instructor was fantastic. The food was very good-fresh and abundant. You definitely don’t go hungry! They even catered to my gluten free, dairy free requirements and my daughter is a vegan so they did a very good job. The only negative on food would be breakfast if you are vegan or gluten free there wasn’t much variety to eat, but there was oatmeal and fresh fruit so it’s hard to complain-it just gets boring by day 6. A tofu scramble or potatoes and avocado would be nice additions to the breakfast menu. All in all a perfect trip. We will be back!!

We came to Anthony’s Key for the dolphin swim. Pretty awesome! First we did the kiss and hold with a few flips and amazing dolphin skills. Then we stayed to snorkel freely with the dolphins in the lagoon. Can’t say enough good things! I loved it! Book it!
