I can’t begin to tell you how disappointing our stay was. We stayed here years ago when our kids were little and we loved it, so I thought we’d be nostalgic and stay again...I seriously regret my decision. First off, I called about an hour before check to see if there was a chance that our room was ready early, the manager answered and told me that it was, so we headed over. We got checked in, grabbed our stuff and headed up to our room, which unfortunately hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest had left! We went back down to the office to inform them and after several minutes of waiting, they had a different room for us. I was told that the manager went up to make sure that the room was clean. I swapped out keys after getting an apology and a 10% discount (which I don’t even think covered the cost of parking at the hotel) and headed upstairs. Once we got in, I started wiping everything down with Lysol wipes and saw that there were a few crumbs on the counter by the coffee maker, there was a bar of used soap in the shower and there was a huge booger on the picture that hangs on the wall (it’s right next to the bed so I got to see that every time I got out of bed, SO DISGUSTING). Now, I don’t know about you, but when a hotel boasts about additional cleaning due to COVID, I expect my room to be CLEAN, that was obviously not the case here. There were a bunch of these little gnats flying around the room and hallway, which was really annoying. Our neighbors across the hall got into a screaming match (while in the hallway) that involved lots of colorful language and door slamming. The neighbor next to us had left trash out by their door which included a cigarette butt that was just laying on the carpet. The elevator and tile outside of the elevator was disgusting, you could tell that people had been coming up from the pool because there were filthy foot prints and puddles of water and sadly the floor looked exactly the same the following morning as it had the night before so it was obvious that no cleaning had taken place. The toilet got plugged (for no reason) and after calling the front desk AT LEAST 5 times, someone finally answered. And last but not least, there are no curtains in the kids suite, it made absolutely no sense, it was so bright and there was zero privacy. Cleanliness should be a top priority for every hotel, especially right now and I can guarantee you that this place doesn’t care. We will never stay here again.

It’s a great hotel in a good location, but there are a ton of homeless around there you don’t feel safe and it’s almost like the apocalypse when you go out at night. Find another place to stay. There is security, but I felt compelled to take everything out of my car so that I didn’t have to worry about it getting broken into at night. Bottom line is a little more go somewhere else that isn’t as overrun by homeless and drug addicts.

we only stayed 1 night but we were very pleased with every aspect of Comfort Inn. The staff was professional and polite and the room was very clean. It was a little noisy at night but at a family Inn you can expect that.

We liked everything about this place , from the friendliness at the front desk , to a very nice looking and clean room to a very respectful staff , even tho minimal staff , under the Covid circumstances , Andrew did everything to accommodate our requests. it was a very good experience for me and my family.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels we have ebvery stayed at! There are people loitering around the parking lot doing who knows what! The parking underground was not clean there was trash left sitting in the hallway practically blocking the elevator on the third floor where we stayed. No maid service provided. They don’t even empty the trash or provide towels you have to go to the front desk. Breakfast consists of a granola bar and water. The carpeting in the room and hallways has stained . One stain looked like blood. There is a security deposit of $80 required not a credit card for incidentals but they actually charged the card. Who does that and why? There is a $15 parking fee when there is nothing close to the hotel and there is ample street parking available. Were not given an option to park on the street. The freeway noise is audible from inside the room. This is a dump sleep in your car and save the money rather than stay here. Awful
