My wife and I just returned from a 5-night stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos. We have been to the island a couple of times and stayed at The Palms on previous trips. The Palms was already full when we decided to pull the trigger on this trip so we decided to give Beaches a try. We were pleasantly surprised! We've stayed at a couple all-inclusives before so we figured the food would be mediocre to fair and our assumptions were correct. However, I'd say the food at The Palms wasn't any better. We dined at many of the various restaurants for all of our meals. Typically breakfast was pretty good at all locations. We did either pizza or the Irie Grill for lunch and both were great. However, dinner was pretty disappointing at all of the spots we tried except for Sapodillas. The freshness and quality at Sapodillas was great! Aside from the food, the rest of our experience was great! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Bar service was typically quick and friendly. The grounds were perfectly manicured and the cleanliness of the entire property was top notch. Each of the pools had a different vibe, but they were all great. The beach was beautiful and there were always plenty of lounge chairs available. The number of activities available at Beaches is outstanding. My only complaint was with the dive shop. When we were there the winds were fairly high and the dive boats were not going out which was very disappointing, especially since scuba was included. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and book with another dive shop to get some diving in over on Northwest Point. If you have kids or want to travel as a family, Beaches is a top-notch choice. There are plenty of activities for kids, a big waterpark, regular visits and shows by Seasame Street characters, and a very nice daycare facility. My wife and I are considering a trip to take our daughter to Beaches next year. All in all, I'd give Beaches 5 stars if the food was a bit better. Maybe next year... Tip: The Caribbean Village is the oldest part of the resort. Next time we would probably stay in either the Italian or the Key West Villages.

We just returned from a short trip to Beaches TCI. This was our first experience with an all-inclusive and my wife and I want to check it out before bringing the whole family down. To summarize it we weren’t all that impressed. The specialized staff at the Aqua Center and Spa were great but the majority of staff we interacted with at the restaurants could be described as apathetic at best. Our room lacked several of the promised amenities and was in need of some attention from maintenance. Our time at Beaches wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t the “Luxury” vacation it was advertised to be. We are still on the fence if we will go back.

This was our second time at Beaches Turks and Caicos over the New Year holiday. If you’re looking for a true, QUALITY all inclusive where you truly never have to leave nor want to...it’s going to be hard to beat this place! No wrist bands, no signatures...no tipping! Once you’re in, you’re in! Restaurant options are endless, staff is super accommodating, weather has always been near perfect, lots of kid activities, water park is fun and on and on. Butler service looks amazing, but we’ve always been fine without it! You won’t be in your room too much, so take that into consideration if keeping the price down is a factor. All the villages are great. We like to try a different one each day. If you get restless and do want to leave for an activity, we went out on a double decker catamaran at the 1:30-5:30 time slot by CAICOS DREAM tours... just our group for snorkeling and had rum punch and awesome lunch grilled on the the private island we were taken by our drivers. It was nearly magical watching the sunset on the drive back. We’ve done these before and this was definitely top notch. Oh and Make sure and have breakfast one day (at least) in the Key West village on the roof top! Hope this review may help! If you’re on the fence and you want an all inclusive...JUST DO IT! :)

In April 2019, my family of 5 (me, my wife, and 3 boys (20, 17, 15) stayed in the Beaches Turks & Caicos Key West Village.  We were fortunate to have a two bedroom, two story concierge suite. While some parts of the suite, needed some TLC, it was an unbelievable set up for a family of 5.  Ours overlooked one of the Key West Village pools, 3 balconies, tons of space for us. The refrigerator was stocked with water, juices, soda, beer and then we had two bottles of Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wine.  Whatever we used, the would restock the next day. We loved it so much, we are headed back again in April 2020.   The beach is everything people say, white soft sand with the most beautiful water you will ever see.  The Beaches staff takes such great care of the grounds. Go sit on a beach chair at 6am or 7am and watch one of the groundskeepers rake the beach in front of the resort.  When my wife and I saw that we were amazed that they took such great pride and care to make sure the guests first glimpse of the beach each morning was raked, neat and ready to go just like a bunker at Augusta.  One thing I would tell the guests, "pick up your stuff and throw it away." The beach is so nice, they keep the grounds and the beach immaculate. The staff is great, from housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff to the groundskeepers.   The activities, food, drinks, all included.  So much fun. Our 17 year old made a bunch of friends by going to Club Liquid one night and then they hung out together the rest of the trip.  Some of us were on the beach one day, and he and his friends were over at the French Pool...they ordered 26 pizzas from Bella Napoli on the resort…carried them over the pool and had a pizza party.  The point is, it is all included, so convenient, and great food. Order some wings, grab a pizza, bring it back to your room if you like...or make an early morning coffee and pastry run before the family wakes up, and have it waiting.  The place is massive and incredibly safe. We loved the restaurants, some had slow service at times but you are in one of the most beautiful places on earth.  So all good! Big fan of the Guiseppes, Mario’s, Barefoot by the Sea and the Jerk Shack, Cricketers and the Bayside breakfasts.  Every restaurant was good. We didn’t try the Sky Restaurant but we are looking forward to trying this April. We did the glass bottom boat, snorkeled, hobie cats, kayaked, paddle boarded, etc. all included.   You can make a vacation at Beaches anything you want here...peaceful, relaxed, active, fun, sports...foodies, casual, elegant...it's all there.  Looking forward to going back!
