What you'll do

As a Customer service agent (CSA), you play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience getting through the airport, including at check-in, baggage drop, gate operations and much more.

What we're looking for

Customer service agent (CSA) requirements

To be a Customer service agent (CSA), you must: 

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Be a Canadian citizen or hold a valid Canadian permanent residency card 
  • Complete and pass a criminal background check 
  • Complete and pass a functional physical assessment to ensure you are able to meet the physical demands of the role

If successful, you will need to be available for a two-week paid training course, part of which will require full-time hours.
