If you had travel booked by December 28, 2022 11:59 MT for travel between December 18 - December 28 and you chose to cancel your flight(s) or your WestJet Vacations package, you may have been eligible for a refund.
WestJet Flight Bookings:
Guests who booked a WestJet flight only booking for the impacted travel period could submit a refund form to cancel and request a refund to original form of payment by 11:59PM MT on December 28, 2022. Refunds to original form of payment could only be processed to the form of payment used to make the original reservation.
WestJet Vacation Packages:
Guests who booked a WestJet Vacation package for the impacted travel period could submit a refund form by 11:59PM MT on December 28, 2022 to cancel and request a refund to WestJet Dollars. A WestJet Rewards ID was required to proceed.
WestJet Group Bookings:
Guests who were travelling on a Group booking will need to contact Groups directly. These cancellations could not be requested using a refund form.
