Lots of hungry cats, bring cat nibbles dry cat food. Dirty counter at the reception, sticky gummy dirt and so gross. Now the kitchen (buffet) is invaded by angry "cucarachas" and I mean not just a few but and army of them, so disgusting. I won't go back unless they clean up their act. In June we didn't have AC in all the kitchens, buffet or a la carte, it was very hot and the same at the airport! But the service at Tryp was exceptional by all the staff! Pool with bar is awesome and the beach is also first class. Tryp is a 2.7 star not four.

We always have a great time at the tryp. As with all cayo coco hotels there are shortages we love the beach and the amazing staff. This was our 12th time there since 2012 and will always go to tryp

Great hotel! Went in June 2022 and again in November 2022. It was great to see familiar faces; some of the staff feel like family. Always a pleasure to see Fidel in the buffet and Steve. Met Erick and Norberto for the first time and they are two of the sweetest men that I have ever met. Food is typical Cuban food—not the greatest but you’ll find a thing or two that you like. Entertainment is awesome day and night. One night there was a bikini party which was super fun. My friends and I were able to get rooms in the same building which was great. Beach is well kept and the drinks were strong. Hoping to make a trip there soon!

This my 29th time to this amazing place, Tryp is my second home, the beach, the people, the service, the entertainment, all these together make this place the best, Steve and Fidel are amazing workers and they make us feel at home. We will be back

This is the first time at this resort and everything has been great, the weather is nice and the beach is amazing, the food is very well cooked and tasty, the staff is so accommodating and professional, they make you feel at home, the entertainment is also great. We will be back
