Big rooms, but lacking quality

jvillena03 on Jun 26, 2022

Hot water lasted a short time, housekeeping is lacking, however the rooms were very big and in an ideal location. The beds are very hard and the pull out coach is NOT comfortable. The A/C unit id very good and the kitchen is adequate with pots and pans.

Great location and price

Lenora J (LA) on May 29, 2022

We had a standard room with two beds on the backside so we did not get street noise. We did, however, get noise from people hanging out in the parking lot for the hotel. Thankfully this was not every night. The AC was helpful in drowning out much of the outside noise. The closing of the doors to the other rooms next to us were our biggest noise issue. The room was dated but clean. We had only a microwave and coffee maker, and it was all we needed. The location was great. It was two blocks off Waikiki Beach and 1/2 block from the International Market Place. We used the bus for transportation, and the bus stop was about one and a half blocks away. There were plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bring your own coffee

khurst770438 (Chelsea, Michigan) on May 19, 2022

You are provided with a 12 cup drip coffee maker with only 2 single cup coffee bags. No refill since there is no maid service during stays of less than a week. Coffee shop down stairs is $7 a small cup. In room coffee is listed as part of your required $30 a day "Resort" fee. This in NOT a "resort" by any measure. It is in a great location, near lots of restaurants, beach. Homeless people sleeping on the street outside, tottering drunks provide entertainment from the balcony. Not too good for kids.
