Exceptional experience!! Loren was great! Kind and informative… i was feeling brand new and radiant after my treatment. The atmosphere was calming and elegant. Most of the products were reasonably priced

Horrible!!!

Splatt2222 on Jul 04, 2022

The only good thing about this hotel was Denver our butler and the Mexican sommelier who works in the steakhouse. Otherwise the service was HORRIBLE. So many unfriendly people who obviously do not want to work here. Food was only good in the steakhouse and a couple other things throughout the resort. The romantic dinner was a joke. Fake flower petals spread out on a table and about 40 minutes between each course. We stayed in the bungalow with Diamond club service so we expected a lot better from the resort. We will never come back here again.

AC is cool not cold, wide variety of bland food, amazing beach and staff

cathybO7442KH on Jul 03, 2022

We went as a group and stayed in the Junior swim out diamond club room. First of all the pictures on the website would have you believe the rooms overlook the ocean or the bay. The truth is the walkway for all guests to get to the beach is your view. There are sparse trees to obstruct the view of guests passing by. If they stop, they can look at you and there is little to no privacy. The room was barely cool which made the room humid and the sheets always felt moist. They didn't feel like 100% cotton. The food was bland, very little seafood which was surprising. We were told that the seafood restaurant had stopped serving a seafood menu on the Friday prior to our visit. It was now called nibbles. The steak house had a poor quality of steak you can upgrade to angus for an upcharge. They ran out of mashed potatoes, salmon and mahi mahi. The crabcakes were actually fish cakes, we were disappointed. The beach is actually on a bay so there are no waves, which was perfect for me. The pool was very nice, we enjoyed the swim up pool and the poolside grill. There were a few jelly fish in our swimming area, didn't hear of any stings. There were scantily clad guests in strings, literally! Too much for young children to see, there should be a dress code for swimsuits. The resort is remote, it's about a 20 minute drive to anything that resembles civilization.

Disappointing

K N (Brooklyn, New York) on Jul 03, 2022

I returned on July 1 from a quick get away with a friend. We choose this property because St. Lucia Royalton was so great during our visit last July. NOT THE SAME. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained property. The food was always just warm with not many great options. The restaurants were always out of something on the menu. There was an odd sewer smell in the shower. I had to tell one of the servers to throw away the bowl of fruit near the smoothie station that was riddled with gnats. Of the four elevators only one worked consistently which made getting to and from the lobby feel like a NYC commute. There was one brief power outage but the backup generator popped right in to remedy that. I would recommend the resort but only if the small hinderances are remedied.
