Alright, thankfully we are only spending one night here. It cost me 453$ for a two bedroom suite straight out of 1982. The decor throughout the entire resort is a joke. The ice machines are older than me and have mold inside them when I shone a light up inside them. The pool is nice but both restaurants are avoids, I had other guests warn me not to go in as I waited for a table. The Fowler family should be ashamed of how they have dropped the ball after Ken died. His son Doug needs to sell or up his game and properly upgrade the resort. Its 2021 bud, not 1982, crack open the wallet ya cheapskate. Overall not worth the hype or money. In my opinion stay in Invermere and just use the pool.
Go somewhere else!

If you are planning to come to Fairmont Hot Springs I would tell you to change your plans. This establishment charges 4 star prices for 1 star service. The hotel is dirty, it doesn’t look like the rugs have been cleaned in years. The rooms are dated, I’ve stayed in nicer Travel Lodges. And don’t plan on having your room cleaned during your visit, the maids aren’t allowed in the rooms due to COVID restrictions. The beds are comfortable however, which is good because sleeping is about the only thing they don’t charge you extra for. People come here for mainly for the hot springs and the pool is nice. But if you or your kids want to use the water slide so prominently displayed on the web site it’s extra. Want to play frisbee golf or use the miniature golf course, same deal. The restaurants do supply tasty food, if you’re willing to wait for 50 minutes for Bacon and Eggs. The main dining room has the ambiance of a Denny’s, a very limited menu and slow service. 4 entrees, 2 of which are pasta dishes and a price tag that is ridiculous. If you stay here drive to Anaconda and eat there, only 10 minutes away and worth it for your taste buds and wallet. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star rating is because of the pools, spend all your time there.
