Quick holiday getaway

We wanted a quick holiday getaway and wanted to stay in the center of Banff 3and this hotel was great. I am in a wheelchair and the hotel was very wheelchair accessible. My only concern was that there was only two wheelchair stalls for parking. I had no problem parking but I could see that maybe being an issue. We stayed in a room that overlooked the main road in Banff, my suggestion would be to get a room that faces the back of the hotel because it would be less noisy from the road. The staff at the hotel are extremely knowledgeable and we're willing to help me when I had any issues with mobility in my wheelchair

Pros: Great location, well maintained historic yet modern, excellent customer service. Cons: Walls are little thin and you can hear people from outside and other rooms. Walkability: Walkable to everything. Food & drinks: Excellent choice of food and restaurants around.
