Cleanliness is a big issue here. The cutlery and the glasses on our table was dirty (so dirty that they didn't seem washed). The drinks smelled bad. The food and the drinks are below average. I do not think the chefs have tasted their own food. Limited options in drinks and the bartenders think too much of themselves. The service is even worse. Smaller portions meant that we had to order more than 1 main dish and we got a bad look from the server. They don't like it when you ask for an extra dip or salsa. Everything is about up selling right from check in to check out. The only saving grace here was Dulce Castro who was an amazing and lovely concierge.

Amazing hotel with great service! Juan at the pool was the absolute best! Very kind and attentive! He made sure we were taken care of and liked our spot!

Great food, building, and activities. Susana from pilates and yoga was a great instructor. She took special care for my mom who has a knee injury. We also did excursions/activities and the staff were very friendly. Francisco, Diego and Saul made sure we had a good time on bike excursions and spanish lessons. Sergio (concierge) also helped us plan out our excursions outside the hotel and was very helpful! Axel at La Luce restaurant gave amazing service and went out of his way to add a fiery show to our dessert. Rooms are cleaned very well each day and pools are lovely. Recommend it for sure

Still here enjoying our trip- but couldn’t wait to review the amazing service we have had at the Hilton Cancun. At every turn there is a coworker looking to make your experience that much better. From breakfast at Vela with Cecilia, to drinks with Laura and Alan at the lobby bar. These three made sure every day to greet us with a smile, remember our names and make sure we were having a great time!

Susana is an excellent cardio dance and Pilates instructor you must go! The Asian restaurant Sunan is fabulous also as are the other restaurant personnel and amenities be certain to check out the rooms, service, excursions and everything else all perfect
