Best on the resort

Manuel was outstanding. The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. Our favorite spot on the resort. Jazmin was also super nice and very accommodating! This is the place to go for quality service, warmth, and fun!

READ Carefully, This Hotel has gone through new management and subsequently the quality of customer service and quality of Hotel has deteriorated tremonundesly. 1-Bathrooms sink, clogged to the point that water spill out of sink. toilet flush wont work properly so you have to manually lift the tank and play with it. I called the front desk and told them 5 times and they keep ignoring to fix it, i even paid out of my own pocket to the the guy that they sent out to our room but he couldn't speak a single word of english and eventually we gave up. I took several videos of sink and toilet and took it down to the front desk and told them i am here with my family wife and a toddler and the condition of our room is absolutely not acceptable, but they never did anything to help. 1-No Air condition in Hotel, interior so you are gong to be feeling like standing in steam sauna at all time. 2-They are cheapping out on cost of everything in the Hotel so the hotel's interior lights are 2/3 off during night the way that you can hardly see in front of your steps. 3- I asked several times to speak with the hotel manager and each time they introduce me to a different individual who said she is the manager. 4-Upon on arrival at 8:00 am they said the room that has been assigned to us on 7th floor is being cleaned and it will be ready by 10:00am . we waited for 2 hours in lobby with long sleeve clothes thirsty, exhausted , and tired, without any of them offer us a glass water, specially to my 3 years old child who was dehydrated from heat in the hotel lobby, I told the girl ( alma ) who was helping us at front desk, is our room ready? and she said sorry your room is not going to be ready soon, i said when will it be ready she said i cant tell you, i asked well what is our room number ? she said for security reason i can't tell you. but if you want i can give you another room on fourth floor, so she sent me up to see if i like to take that room instead and when i saw the room was not what i paid for ( ocean view ) i told her no i like to get the room that we reserved and paid for on 7th floor, so eventually after so many back and forth they took us to another room on 8th floor and since we were extremely tired we took the room. ( clogged sink, and toilet not flushing ). I had been in this Hotel 2 times in past 8 years ago and 10 years ago and the amount of how this hotel has gone down is so disappointing because the Hotel has a beautiful beach and 10 stars Food. So if you are looking for good place to drink until you cant walk straight and eat good food, this is definitely your place to stay at. But You are being warned, take with you plumbing wrenches as you are going to need it in your room, i suggest to but a small portable fan if you like to seat in the lobby. By the way 2/3 of the the hotel is being renovated so you are going to see seasor lift truck and maintenance workers in the entire hotel area and lobby 24 hours. *** The Bed around the pool area no longer is free so if you want to seat or lay on the bed around the pool is $100 per day , which it was for free in past. *** Also the shows are no longer free so you have to pay for them At the end, when i was leaving the Hotel i ask one of the girl by name Melisa that if i can have the e-mail and and info of the GM/ owner/ supervisor of the Hotel and she said she can not give that out. Do i go back to this resort, sadly NO, and i will not recommend it. ** I am pretty sure someone from this hotel that get paid to only answer online comments will write here , they are very sorry about how my staying there was not as expected.

Absolutely amazing and memorable stay. The loveliest staff, especially our amigo Uriel and beautiful Neri from the beach bar. Thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts. We miss Mexico already and will definitely return. May the sun always shine over all of you, you are siempre en nuestros corazones

Great food, super friendly staff (Uriel in particular), very clean , brilliant AC in rooms , pool and beach spectacular. Never had any issues. Taxis at airport can be a bit of nightmare (nothing to do with hotel) so be prepared. Looking forward to next trip.

We had an amazing vacation at Iberostar Cancun! We had a fantastic dinner with the Members special dinner in our room. Ruben and Angel created a beautiful dinner for us. We could not have asked for more! Fantastic!
