Antonio is the best

The hotel is amazing, the view is Wow, but most important Antonio made our stay very special, he is amazing he is able to involve everyone with his entrainment. If you want a place to get nice and fun time this is the right place, if one day we will go back to Cancun we would come back here definitely especially if Antonio is there. Five Stars to Francisco

While the beauty of the scenery is stunning to behold, it is surpassed only by the excellent service, especially by Francisco at the ALMAR restaurant. The building itself is on the older side and, as such, there are sometimes a few mishaps like some flickering lights or a short pause in elevator service. Other notable employees of this hotel are Ham at the buffet and Roberto at the beach, whose outstanding service and attentiveness are a credit to this establishment. I would undoubtedly recommend this resort to others.
