We had an amazing time at the Royalton CHIC Cancun. We were quickly created by Sergio to help get us ready to enjoy the resort prior to our room being available. He was fantastic and helpful the entire trip. The food was great. The resort atmosphere and beach were awesome. We would definitely return to this resort.

My boyfriend and his friends went to the hotel in January, and I wanted to organise a bit of a surprise for them all the way from the UK. Mary, Daniel, Luis and the team went above and beyond to help - and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service! Not only did we manage to organise exactly what I had hoped - it was done so quickly and I cannot thank the hotel enough. Little things like that make a stay that bit more special, and I’ll definitely be booking next time I’m in Cancun! Huge thanks again.
